Louisville Rowing Club
Rowing for adults 18 and up. Beginners always welcome.
Whether you rowed in high school or college, or have never set foot in a boat, Masters is where adults row for fitness, friendship, and a little friendly competition. The program is flexible and welcomes graduates of Learn to Row, high school, and college teams to keep going.
Our introductory classes cover the basics of rowing: sculling (two oars), sweeping (one oar), indoor rowing, and coxing, along with safety and teamwork, so you’re ready to join the club and even race.
June 15 – July 10
Mon, Wed, Fri · 6–8pm
Adult Learn to Row is $525, which includes a full year of club membership.

Club membership runs annually from April 1 through March 31. Equipment is provided. You just bring yourself.
Masters row from late spring into the mid-to-late fall, with early-morning, evening, and weekend options to fit around work and life. We launch from the Louisville Community Boathouse at Waterfront Park (1325 River Road).
Masters rowing here is community driven. We’re in touch almost daily about who’s heading out on the water, and everyone is welcome to join. We all learned to row once, and we’re here to lift each other up.
And our Masters race, too! Whether you’re after a recreational row or competitive racing, there’s a spot in the boat for you.
Questions about sessions, membership, or getting started? We’d love to hear from you.
